The Cambridge College Writing Lab is located on the third floor at 1000 Mass Ave. It is an opportunity to work one-on-one with any one of the tutors there. Call (617) 873 0185 to make an appointment or use the sign up sheet. Sign up sheets for a session are located just outside the lab.

Annotated Bibliography (Online Writing Lab - Purdue)
A bibliography that includes a brief description of each article or book listed. The description helps the reader evaluate the content and usefulness of each item to his research.

It is the basic stand you take, the opinion you express and the point you make about your narrowed subject. It's your controlling idea, tying together and giving direction to all other elements in your paper. Your primary purpose is to persuade the reader that your thesis is a valid one.
